Shipping

• We ship paid orders within 24-hours or next business day of receiving.
• Auspost is our main shipping provider for items up to 5Kg maximum.
• We have a set charge for Std parcel post as well as Express post, we use Ausposts std bag sizes. If you order for examble a car body express post it would not fit into a std bag it will have to packaged correctly for handling to avoid damage, and sent on the service at our choosing.
• Complete cars will only be sent to a street address using a road carrier, never to a PO box. Preferably to a business address.
• Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Campbelltown Hobbies will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment.
  Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
• Once a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information an automated email will be sent to provided email address, alternatively you can check on your account orders for update tracking information.
• If an item goes on back order we will ship in stock items as normal. You will be informed of an item being back ordered and approximate time frame before we receive back into our stock. If you don't wish to wait we will refund you in full for that item. When the back ordered item becomes available we will ship and notify you tracking details. No additional shipping charge for this shipment.
• We revise and update this shipping policy at any time. Your continued usage of this site means that you accept these changes.
